What people say about working with Kaeli…
-
I have worked with Kaeli both when she was a student and later on several panels and projects. I am always impressed by her dedication to social progress. She focuses on the experiences of students from many backgrounds, especially those who are often underrepresented, such as students with neurodiversity, disabilities, or foster care experience.
Kaeli consistently brings a thoughtful, intersectional perspective to her work. She combines strong research skills with a genuine commitment to making our environments more inclusive and accessible. Her intelligence and attention to detail are evident in both her work and interactions. Beyond her expertise, Kaeli is not only insightful and analytical but also deeply empathetic.
In our collaborations, her leadership and dedication have fostered important conversations and inspired others to consider equity and
support more deeply.
Kaeli is a strong advocate and a collaborative leader. I am confident her work will continue to make a lasting impact in post-secondary education and beyond.
I highly recommend Kaeli and look forward to working with her again on future projects.

Kaeli led a really meaningful and engaging session for our spiritual community. She has a great way of breaking down complex ideas and making them easy to understand and relate to everyday life.
She created a warm, open space where people felt comfortable sharing and reflecting, which isn’t always easy in a diverse group. The session was interactive, light, and still very impactful.
Her explanation of the Drama Triangle and Empowerment Triangle was clear and practical. The Creator, Coach, and Challenger roles especially stood out and gave us simple tools we can actually use. In addition to this, she was able to apply spiritual concepts seamlessly to the framework she presented.
Kaeli is a thoughtful and skilled facilitator and most importantly, she gives people space to be heard while also guiding the session with clarity and purpose. Our members left feeling more aware, grounded, and inspired.
I’d definitely recommend her to any group looking for a facilitator who brings both depth and real-life application.
